as "we", "us", or "our") through jynovue.com. By accessing or
using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you
do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform,
or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full. These terms
form a legally binding agreement between you and jynovue. We
reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes
your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By
agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet
this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to
enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on
behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the
authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required
to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current,
and complete information during registration and to keep your
account information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under
your account. You must notify us immediately at help@jynovue.com
if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your
account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from
your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at
help@jynovue.com. Closing your account does not automatically
entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
4. Description of Services
jynovue provides an online practice-oriented learning platform
focused on machine learning for cryptocurrency analysis. Our
services include but are not limited to workshops, step-by-step
assignments, interactive exercises, and collaborative tools
delivered remotely. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or
discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior
notice.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a
manner consistent with these terms. You must not use the
platform to engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent,
deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or
otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to gain
unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related
systems.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

software, and branding, is the intellectual property of jynovue
or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right,
title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the
limited licence to use the platform as described herein.
7.2 Your Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content on the platform,
you grant jynovue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for
the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You
represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any
content you submit.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the
platform may be used by jynovue without obligation or
compensation to you.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
8.1 Fees
Certain features or workshops on the platform may require
payment. All applicable fees will be displayed prior to
purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated
amount in full.
8.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and
subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of
purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do
not meet the stated conditions.
8.3 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price
changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the
change taking effect.

services that are not owned or controlled by jynovue. We have no
control over and assume no responsibility for the content,
privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or
services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy

an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the
platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful
components. Educational content on machine learning and
cryptocurrency analysis is provided for informational and
skill-development purposes only and does not constitute
financial, investment, or trading advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jynovue and
its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use
of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability
for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the
amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jynovue and
its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from
and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in
any way connected with your access to or use of the platform,
your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any
third-party rights.
13. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By
using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of
your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the platform or any part of it with or without
notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any
modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or
any service offered through it.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the
platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct
that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other
users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use
the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms
that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in
effect.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you
and jynovue regarding your use of the platform and supersede all
prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any
provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
