Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: March 16, 2025
This Anti-Spam Policy describes the standards and practices that
jynovue follows to prevent unsolicited communications and to
ensure that all messages sent through or in connection with
jynovue.com comply with applicable anti-spam principles. By
using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users, participants, and third
parties who send communications through or in connection with
the jynovue platform, including but not limited to email
messages, notifications, contact form submissions, and any other
electronic communications facilitated by our services.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited,
bulk, or indiscriminate electronic communication sent without
the explicit or implied consent of the recipient. This includes,
but is not limited to:
Unsolicited commercial messages sent in bulk to recipients
who have not requested them.
Messages sent using false, misleading, or deceptive sender
information.
Communications that disguise their origin, routing, or
purpose.
Repeated, unwanted contact directed at individuals who have
opted out or not opted in.
Automated submissions through contact forms, registration
flows, or other platform inputs for promotional or malicious
purposes.
3. Our Commitments
3.1 Permission-Based Communication
jynovue sends electronic communications only to individuals who
have provided explicit consent to receive such messages, or
where a legitimate and established relationship exists. We do
not purchase, rent, or acquire third-party mailing lists for
unsolicited outreach.
3.2 Honest Identification
All communications originating from jynovue accurately identify
the sender. Subject lines, headers, and message content
truthfully represent the nature and purpose of the
communication. We do not use deceptive subject lines or
misleading sender names.
3.3 Clear Opt-Out Mechanism
Every marketing or promotional communication we send includes a
clear, functional, and accessible method for recipients to opt
out of future messages. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly
and without requiring unnecessary steps from the recipient.
3.4 Suppression of Opted-Out Recipients
Once a recipient has unsubscribed or requested removal from our
communications, their contact information is added to a
suppression list. We do not send further marketing messages to
suppressed contacts unless a new and explicit consent is
obtained.
3.5 Transactional Communications
Certain communications are necessary for the operation of the
service, such as account confirmations, security alerts, and
service-related updates. These transactional messages are not
subject to opt-out in the same manner as promotional
communications, as they are required for the delivery of the
service.
4. User Obligations
Users of the jynovue platform must not use any feature, tool, or
functionality of the platform to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages to other users or third
parties.
Harvest or collect contact information from the platform
for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit forms or
generate communications without authorisation.
Impersonate jynovue or any other individual or entity in
communications.
Distribute messages containing malware, phishing content,
or other harmful material.
Circumvent or interfere with any opt-out or unsubscribe
mechanism.
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or
termination of access to the platform, and may be reported to
relevant authorities where appropriate.

consistent with this policy. We do not authorise third-party
providers to use contact information collected through our
